It was the first time I had visited this event and was very impressed.  There were a wide range of N, 009, 7mm narrow gauge and OO gauge layouts covering different themes.  The ASRM was represented on the Saturday by Michael Ling who was assisting Frank Lax with his N gauge layout 'Hafren' and on the Sunday by Michael Glover's 'Tramway Brewery' in OO.  I was also interested to see the 16mm live steam layout.
